Gwen Stokes is a debut novelist and veteran advertising executive whose life’s work has always centered on storytelling — understanding what moves people, what shapes identity, and what lingers long after the moment has passed.
During the stillness of the COVID lockdown, after decades in the fast-paced world of advertising, Gwen finally began writing the story that had lived quietly within her for years. She tends her garden with the same patience she brings to her characters, works on her golf game with determined optimism, and remains fiercely devoted to the family and friends who were her steady foundation throughout the writing of this book.
She lives on the East Coast and is currently at work on her next project.
